and has low-protein, low-acidity, membrane and no sedimentation.
It is used as an emulsifier, a thickening agent, a stabilizer and to
swell food.
Often also used in meat products and in frozen food, soup, ketchup,
beverages, refined sugar, instant noodles and seafood.
